Mary Jo Tomasini
President/Owner

Mary Jo Tomasini founded Competitive Edge in 1993. As president and owner, she is actively involved in all aspects of the company. She also is an active participant in the local community as the Junior Achievement Board chair and a classroom instructor, Lake Michigan College Alumni Board vice-chairperson and Foundation board member, Sue Ellen’s Bears Board member, and Michigan Women’s Business Council new business mentor.

Paula Wygonik

/Chief Marketing Officer

Paula Wygonik joined Competitive Edge as the company executive vice president/chief marketing officer in October of 2004. Previously she was Director of Sales Development & International for Valassis, the leader in consumer promotion media solutions including direct mail, newspaper and sampling. As Executive Vice President/CMO, she is charged with strategic growth development for the company through technology, sales and marketing best practices.
